Thieves empty a transformer overnight in Niger State (Video)
Hoodlums on Wednesday night, stormed Lapai, Niger state and vandalised a transformer in a community, carting away vital components.
A video from the scene of the robbery shows the left over parts of the transformer abandoned on the ground.
Residents were left in shock over the incident which reportedly took place over night.
