Pastor Seen ‘healing’ his church members by making them drink Dettol during deliverance (Video)

Yet another South African pastor is in the news for using harmful things to perform miracles and heal church members.

Prophet Rufus Phala of AK Spiritual Christian Church in Makgodu, Limpopo, has found a new miracle treatment.

Daily Sun reports that the South African pastor heals his church members with Dettol, the popular household disinfectant!

During a recent Sunday service, Prophet Rufustold his congregation that God had told him to use the antiseptic liquid to heal people.

“I know Dettol is harmful, but God instructed me to use it. I was the first one to drink it,” he announced.

He went on to promising them that they would be healed of their illnesses, adding that he had already starting receiving testimonies onWhatsApp.

In spite of his claims, Dr Mabowa Makhomisane, a general practitioner, is urging people not to drink Dettol.

According to him, the disinfectant is only harmless when mixed with bath water or when cleaning a wound, adding that using it any other way could result in serious damages.

“If it goes into your stomach and gets absorbed into your body, it decreases the amount of oxygen in your system. This might cause to you collapse and die.

If you vomit the liquid into your lungs, it causes aspiration pneumonia. Your lungs will get swollen and you won’t be able to breathe,” he stated.

The medical doctor also advised the church members to consult a doctor.
